Pre-Registration Policies We strongly suggest that you pre-register for every class you plan to attend – many of our classes are sold out in advance and walk-ins will not be accepted to take class. Intro Offers, Monthly Auto-Renew and Annual Members: May book class 10 Days in advance. Class Card and Drop-In Credits: May book class 7 Days in advance. Late Cancellation and No-Show Fees: For Monthly Auto Renew and Annual Members: $10 Late Cancellation Fee will be charged to the card on file if you cancel a class reservation less than 2 hours prior to class start time. $10 No-Show Fee if you do not show up for your pre-registered class. Drop In or Class Card credits: If you late cancel (within 2 hours of posted class start time) or no-show for your pre-registered class, you will forfeit that class credit. Wait List Procedures: If you are on the Wait List, you will be auto-assigned to your spot until up to 60 minutes before class. No wait list for classes beginning before 8:00 AM.
